Delivery time
Your digital book is ready to read in minutes. A printed copy is made to order, which takes about a week at the press on its own, then shipping on top — usually around two weeks in total in the US and Canada, where books are printed in-country, and a little longer in Australia and New Zealand. (We can't ship to the EEA, the UK or Switzerland at the moment.) You will see a live estimate for your own address before you pay, and we email you a tracking number the moment it ships.
Book languages
English, Spanish, French or German — you choose when you make the book, and the whole thing is written in it: the title, every page, the dedication. The story is also pitched at the age you give us, so a three-year-old gets simpler sentences than a seven-year-old.

We never save the photo
Your child's photo paints the storybook character, and we keep no copy of it — no file, no face template, no face matching. It does pass through our AI image provider in the United States, under their terms.
Child-safe by design
Automated safety checks run on the story and the art before you see them, and nothing is printed until you confirm it. No automated check is perfect, so tell us if anything is off and we will put it right.
Delete everything, anytime
Your data, your rules. Ask once and we erase your account and every story, character and memory we hold — anything you emailed our support team stays with that ticket unless you ask us to remove it too.
