- 1Theo found an elf's note beneath the Christmas tree. Red ink curled across the paper.
- 2"I will help load the last sack before the sleigh flies," said Theo.
- 3In the workshop, ribbons tied themselves around Theo's arms. "Easy now," said Theo. The gifts still needed wrapping. Kind hands, quick plans.
- 4At the snowy stable, carrots bounced away. The reindeer still needed supper.
- 5Theo tightened the wobbly runner with a wooden spoon. The sleigh still rocked.
- 6In the letter hall, envelopes slid down a mountain. Theo caught one, then lost the sorting tray.
- 7Theo sorted letters by colour. "All sorted?" asked Theo. Red, blue, and green piles became one cheerful heap. Kind hands, quick plans.
- 8At last, Theo tugged the final sack. It slipped away with a soft whoosh.
